This five-day yoga retreat is a carefully held journey of arrival, embodiment, release, and integration. Designed to support nervous system regulation, body-based awareness, and gentle inner transformation, each day builds progressively, moving from grounding and presence, into trust, compassion, courage, and conscious closure.
Through yoga, somatic practices, kriya, creative expression, nature immersion, and ritual, participants are guided to reconnect with the body’s innate intelligence and cultivate a grounded, sustainable sense of wholeness. Silence, rest, and spaciousness are woven throughout, allowing insights to land not just intellectually, but somatically, so what is learned can be carried forward into daily life with clarity and integrity.
